Shipping

Most orders will ship the same day if ordered before 2pm EST. Please allow up to 48 business hours M-F except on holidays.
Your tracking information will be E-Mailed to you and made available in your StompAudio.com account within 24 business hours of order shipment.

Time in transit depends on which method of shipping you choose and which of our warehouses your order ships from.

IMPORTANT! Shipping Options:
Items marked with free shipping ship using the UPS Ground option. If you would like your item faster than the estimated 1 - 6 business day UPS ground option you must choose a different listed shipping option.

Returns


All of our products are covered by the manufacturer warranties.
A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part, subject to the conditions set forth on the warranty.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material.

Most mobile audio and mobile video units will not be accepted for credit, refund or exchange. These products must be repaired by the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.

For an RA# (Return Authorization) on returns:
  1. Call Stomp Audio @ 1 (888) 858-8847. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition; all returns are subject to inspection.
  2. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! If you do, we will have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
  3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not the product box.
PLEASE SHIP YOUR PARCEL BACK TO US FREIGHT PREPAID; We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured," Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • Important: No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
  • CAR STEREO/ELECTRONIC equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Units that have been installed, scratched, or otherwise abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit!

International Customers

Shipping

Stomp Audio will ship international.

Any item marked as free shipping does not ship free out of the United States. You should contact customercare@stompaudio.com to arrange billing for shipment.

If you are an international customer and would like to place an order please follow the directions below.

International ordering procedure.
1: Create an account with us.
2: Shop as you normally would.
3: Checkout with using an instant payment method and your items are on their way.

Returns

International customers agree to a no returns policy. Any and all matters must be handled by the manufacturer.
